We are firm believers that if you are spending time and effort crafting a pitch, you better darn well know what the goal is. And, we'd go even further to argue that the goal - especially in the early days should be to generate more traction and customer growth. For the past several months, we have been experimenting with private showcases featuring some of the teams in our ecosystem and our corporate partners. Yesterday, we made a huge step forward for several teams, our partner Bailey Lauerman and - if we all work our magic - one of their clients.
Four teams, well into Validation and Scale phases, presented demos to the Bailey Lauerman account team responsible for a major client with a national footprint. BLNE's team helped prepare startups by offering insight into the client's challenges, opportunities, and internal culture. The startups knocked it out of the park with tailored demos and pitches. Now, the real work begins: convincing the client that there's a hotbed of innovation right here in Nebraska that will propel their business, brand, and operations forward.
