We all know digital bullying exists, but do we really know what/who is working to combat it? Studies have shown that the percentages of individuals who have experienced cyber bullying have nearly doubled from the years 2007 to 2016. Scary, right?
Five Friends is an organization looking to solve the digital bullying epidemic. The group is currently in the process of validating their problem statement to their potential buyer's segments: schools, churches, youth organizations, and employers.
While very few people dispute that digital bullying is a problem, how many of these potential buyers are actually motivated to solve this problem? That’s what we're focussing on in LEVEL 2 // Lean Canvas + Lean Methods.
Jeff Weak and Andy Dykhouse, Cofounders of Five Friends are working through their first round of customer validation interviews. While they *might* (they do!) have a clever solution to this problem, we first need to ensure that overall market support is sufficient enough to move this concept forward. Now: problem validation and customer discovery interviews. Up next: LEVEL 3 // Messaging.
