Teams see parallels in value propositions Very different customer job titles, yet so many comparisons between the pains, painkillers, gains and gain creators of two Startup Collaborative fellows: RoomAdvantage and ProTask (formerly DivvyMap).
As we worked collaboratively through the past customer discovery interviews, lined up insights to the Value Prop Canvas and then started mapping those back to each team's product, we were pleasantly surprised to see so many similarities.
No surprise, the Golf Course Superintendents that ProTask targets struggle with maintenance efficiencies. Meanwhile, the Hotel General Managers served by RoomAdvantage have the same challenge. Both customers must solve this challenge to improve their guest experience... an important health metric of any golf course or hotel!
