Your startup’s story is your startup’s strategy, at least according to Ben Horowitz. At The Startup Collaborative, we tend to agree. Casting a vision, clearly defining your value and speaking the language of your customer can be the difference between success and failure.
We spent time with EPAS founder, Pierce Robinson, defining his vision and lining that line up to his customer's pain and gain creator. Turns out, the solution can be less complicated than we initially thought.
It meets the needs of City Halls across the country, including the one across the street (Omaha!) Pierce won a pitch competition featuring the City of Omaha and their need to help convey progress toward the Mayor's vision. Now, EPAS -- every person is a storyteller -- can be articulated with value props that meet the needs of Mayors everywhere as well as the citizens that elect them.
