We're definitely not shy about sharing our vision, to radically improve the odds of startup success, with undergraduates from area universities. Can you imagine a world where all students are running out concepts in addition to their coursework? What if the job offers for newly graduated students included a spot as CEO from the company of their own creation?
We like that world. A lot.
That is one of many reasons we're so keen on Alec Romero, a sophomore at Creighton's Heider College of Business. Alec's tackling a big problem: global warming and the average person's understanding of their day-to-day lifestyle choices. Right now, he's talking with educators at 20 various high schools to see if they too see this lack of understanding of lifestyle and consequences as a problem.
If they do, he'll be moving forward with another round of conversations about a potential solution. This entrepreneur is building a foundation of bricks -- in the most sustainable way.
