What’s the future of education? If you ask Weston Thomson he’ll tell you it’s “curated learning experiences.” Weston is running his concept called Invisible Schools through The Startup Collaborative, and recently completed the LEVEL 3 // Messaging module. That’s where we go deep on a value proposition canvas and then use those insights to craft effective wording that resonates directly with buyers or users.
In Weston’s case, he’s recruiting both experts to teach, and learners to learn.
Here’s the elevator pitch… “Invisible Schools allows you to challenge your status quo. Learn a new technique or sharpen your knowledge of the world from experts through custom learning experiences. An evolving community marketplace that helps you move your skills forward -- from personal finance, to gaming, to art and culture and more -- whether learning with friends or a new peer group.”
Imagine you and a small group of friends taking a cooking class from a chef at Lot 2. or learning the basics of mixing craft cocktails from a mixologist at Berry and Rye. Curated learning experiences, coming soon from Invisible Schools.
Next up - Another round of customer discovery interviews, an updated lean canvas, and then LEVEL 4 // MVP.
